These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website gorhairplace.com and all purchase transactions for human hair wigs, hair bundles, lace frontals, closures and related hair products offered by Gorhairplace.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place any order.
1. Product Description & Disclaimer
All hair products including wigs, hair bundles, lace frontal and closure are handmade natural human hair.
• Product photos, colors, textures and lengths are for reference only.
• Slight color difference, minor shedding, slight tangling, small baby hair difference are normal characteristics of raw human hair products, which are not considered defective items.
• We reserve the right to update product design, style and packaging without prior notice.
2. Order & Payment Policy
• All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We support credit card, PayPal and other official payment methods.
• You are responsible for all local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in your country/region.
• We have the right to cancel or refuse any order for abnormal transactions, fake information, repeated malicious orders or suspected fraud behavior.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Processing time: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• International shipping time: 3 to 4 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.
• Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, airline delay, pandemic, natural disaster are beyond our control, and we will not be responsible for compensation or free refund due to uncontrollable reasons.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping address, contact number and postal code. We are not liable for lost packages caused by wrong address provided by customers.
4. Return & Refund Policy (Core for Hair Business)
Please read carefully before purchasing:
1. Only unused, unwashed, uncombed, original packaging intact products are acceptable for return or exchange.
2. Once the wig/hair bundle is washed, dyed, bleached, cut, styled or worn, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
3. Custom color, customized length and personalized custom-made products are final sale, no return no refund.
4. Return shipping fee is borne by the buyer unless we send wrong item or defective product on our side.
5. Any return request must be submitted within 7 days after package delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Gorhairplace website including product images, videos, logo, text description, brand design are protected by copyright and trademark law.
No one may copy, reproduce, resell, edit or use our pictures and content for commercial use without our written permission. We will pursue legal liability for any infringement.

• Use our website for illegal, fraudulent or improper purposes.
• Attack, interfere with the normal operation of our website.
• Maliciously place repeated orders, deliberately dispute payment or leave false malicious reviews.
